Small Hostel consisting of ten cabins, located near the beach, city center and all services. Surrounded by coconuts, mangroves and palm trees has a rather broad garden. An appropriate athmosphere in which to hang a hammock and take a "sacred nap ", where people can socialize and enjoy their vacation within nature. Warm and comfortable, the hostel offers to backpackers the chance to sleep in hammocks or beds in small wooden huts protected with mosquito net or pitch a tent on soft sand. Some bungalows palafito style with private bathroom to please couples and honeymooners and a fully equipped house, favorite option of families and small groups who want a bit more of privacy, are available as well in the property. Finally, guests can have hot water, fans, kitchen, small snack bar, free Wi-Fi and relax area.
Pequeño Hostal formado por diez cabañas, ubicado cerca de la playa, del centro y todos los servicios. Rodeado de cocos, mangles y palmeras cuenta con un jardin bien amplio. El ambiente apropriado en donde colgar un hamaca y tomarse una "sacrada siestecita", donde las personas pueden socializar y disfrutar de sus vacaciones dentro de la naturaleza. Acogedor y confortable, el albergue ofrece a los mochileros la posibilidad de dormir en hamacas o camas, en pequeñas cabañas de madera protegidas con red mosquitera, así como acampar sobre suave arena. Algunos bungalows estilo palafito, con baño privado para contentar parejas o lunas de miel y una casa totalmente equipada, favorita de las familias y de los pequeños grupos que deseen un poco más de privacidad, son otras opciones disponibles en el establecimiento. Por fin los huéspedes pueden contar con agua caliente, ventiladores, cocina común, pequeño snack bar, free Wi-Fi y zona relax.

INDICACIONES: desde Cancún sigan las indicaciones para Merida, mantengan siempre su derecha, tomen la carretera Libre (no la cuota no olviden, si no tendran que llegar hasta Valladollid) hasta llegar en Valladolid Nuevo apena despues de Leona Vicario. Entrando en el pueblo hay un sitio de taxi, ahi tendran que voltar a la derecha y seguir este camino hasta el final, luego doblar de nuevo a su derecha hasta Chiquila pasando por Kantunilkin. tome el ferry que le llevará al otro lado de la laguna Yalahau. Una vez allí pregunte por Hostel & Cabanas Ida y Vuelta Camping.

En el caso de un cierre de campamentos de emergencia más allá de nuestro control (incendios, huracanes, tormentas tropicales, inundaciones, evacuaciones, etc), Hostel & Cabanas Ida y Vuelta Camping tratará de notificar a los clientes, pero no un proceso de restitución. La reserva se pospuso a otras fechas dentro de los siguientes doce meses (que se decidió por parte del cliente). No hay excepciones a esta política.
CHANGE IN RESERVATIONS:
On time: changes to dates, number of participants and option chosen have to be done at least two weeks prior arrival and are subject to availability.
No show: who does not show up is considered “No-Show” and has no right to get any refund of the 50% deposit. In case the booking was for one night, the 100% of that night will be charged.
Late arrival: the camping is not responsible for customer’s delays. No refunds are given for prepaid nights lost due to late arrival and changes not noticed on time. However the customer will be welcomed to profit from the remaining nights paid, and according to availability he will be able to book other nights.

Cambios en fechas, número de huespedes y/o opción eligida tienen que ser hechos por lo menos dos semanas antes de la llegada y están sujetos a disponibilidad.
No show: quien no se presenta se considera "no-show" y no tiene derecho en obtener alguna devolución del depósito del 50% pagado. Excepcion: si la reserva contemplaba solo una noche, el total de esta misma noche se cobrara'. Retraso en la llegada: el camping no es responsable de los retrasos del cliente. No hay devolución alguna del monto de las noches perdidas. Sin embargo, el cliente podrà hospedarse por las noches faltantes pagadas y en caso desee quedarse mas tiempo, sera de acuerdo a la disponibilidad.

1. Con mas de quince (15) días antes de la llegada devolución del cien por ciento (100%) del depósito.
2. Entre quince (15) y cinco (5) días se devolverà el cincuenta por ciento (75%) del depósito.
3. Menos de cinco (5) días no se reembolsarà el cincuenta por ciento (50%) del deposito.
4. A No-Show se aplicara' un cargo del cien por ciento (100%) del deposito.
